General Rules

Every massage includes a 10 minute consultation/preparation and checking-in/checking-out period. 
 

All taxes are included in the prices.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

Full body Stretch

Full Body Stretch is a dynamic system for improving your flexibility and overall well-being. As you probably already know, stretching your muscles not only reduces your chance of injury, but also strengthens your tendons and improves your circulation. Stretching also improves range of motion and improves performance for activities. 

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Pregnancy Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation.

Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Add Ons Available:

• AromaTherapy ($5): AromaTherpy may be added to help enhance your massage experience. 
• BioFreeze ($5): A cooling agent added to the end of your massage in order to help with sore muscles, joints and pain. 
• CBD ($15): Add CBD to any massage of your choice in order to decrease anxiety, relieve tension/pain, and hydrate your skin. 
• Cupping ($10): Cupping is used to bring fluid to a specific area of skin. Blood capillaries are broken and the body treats the area as an injury which allows more blood flow into site. This process is a natural way to help your body ease pain in that specific area. (This will causes bruising.)
• Foot Scrub ($10): An additional exfoliation to feet in order to remove dry/dead skin for a smooth, clean feel. 
• Hand Scrub ($10): An additional exfoliation to hands in order to remove dry/dead skin for a smooth, clean feel. 

Cancellation Policy

     Customers are required to give a 24 hour notice in order to cancel a massage and get 50% refunded. If a customer cancels their appointment or tries to reschedule their appointment after the 24 hour mark, they will be charged fully for the massage they originally scheduled.

Minor Policy

For safety reasons:

Individuals under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parental guardian during the whole session. Individuals between the ages of 16 and 18 must have written parental consent in order to receive services. Written consent must be handed by a parental guardian and guardian must be able to provide personal information.
